Two buttons sit at the top right of every Twin page: Log in for existing accounts and Sign up for new ones. Both open the same account, whether a player arrives from the main address, from our official mirror or from the app.

The Twin account currency is chosen once and stays with the account. All the amounts on our pages, including the €500 welcome ceiling and the daily cashback figures, are shown as the equivalent in the currency selected.
Nothing beyond these fields is asked at Twin sign-up. Identity documents come later, before a first withdrawal, and sending them early is the single most effective way to shorten that first payout.
A session at Twin is held server side, not in the browser. That has two consequences worth knowing: clearing cookies ends a session without touching the balance, and signing out on one device does not silently leave another device open.
Keeping control of that email address matters more than the password itself, since recovery passes through it. An address a player no longer reads is the most common reason a recovery request stalls.
Twin maintains an exact copy of the site at a second address. It exists for one reason: so that a network or routing problem is never what stops a session from starting.
| Aspect | On the main address | On the mirror |
|---|---|---|
| Account | The same login | The same login |
| Balance and bonuses | Shared | Shared |
| Game library | 18,000+ titles | Identical |
| Session cookie | Stored per address | Sign-in repeated once |
The last row is the only practical difference. Because a browser stores cookies per address, a player moving between the two signs in again the first time, after which the session behaves normally.
Anything that is not our main Twin address or our published mirror is not ours. We do not ask for a password outside the sign-in form, and we never ask for one by message.
If none of that resolves it, the account itself may be under a check. That happens during verification or after an unusual pattern on the payment side, and it is resolved by contacting us rather than by opening a second account, which our rules do not allow.
