The Twin rules are not a single document but three layers, and knowing which layer governs a question is usually enough to answer it. The layers narrow as they go: the widest applies to everything, the narrowest to one offer.

Where two Twin layers appear to disagree about a specific offer, the offer card governs that offer and the general terms govern everything the card does not mention. That ordering is standard, and it is why we print the numbers that matter on the card rather than burying them.
The single-account rule reaches further than it first appears. It applies to our referral offer, where a duplicate account invited by its own owner does not qualify, and it applies to bonus abuse cases where several accounts share a device or a payment method.
The Twin casino rules govern the round itself rather than the account. They set out what happens when a round is interrupted, when a connection drops mid-spin, when a game returns an error, and how a result is settled in each case.
Two situations come up most often at Twin. A disconnection during a slot spin does not void the spin, because the result is generated server side and completes regardless of the browser. A live table round follows the dealer, and an interrupted session is settled on the outcome that occurred at the table.
Anything relating to a specific title also sits under the studio’s own rules, which are reachable from the game’s information panel. Those describe features, maximum win caps and how a feature round resolves.
Four numbers decide the real value of any offer at Twin, and all four appear on the offer card.

The second row causes more forfeited bonuses than the first. A player who clears a wagering requirement but places one stake above the permitted maximum along the way can lose the bonus, which is why the figure is stated before the offer is claimed and not after.
